Sous Chef - Surrey
Our busy gastro pub is seeking an inspiring Sous Chef to strengthen the dedicated team at our fantastic country gastro style pub.

We are a small but professional company and we thrive on getting it right.  You will be rewarded for all your hard work with a competitive salary, which can include accommodation. We are looking for somebody who has a high standard of cooking, creating fresh dishes of the highest quality with a passion for food to join the team. You will need to have experience of fresh food in a volume environment as well as 1 years experience as a Sous Chef. The role will involve all other duties such as stock control and ordering as well as maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene.
